Time:  Approximately five minutes following the 9:00AM service

*For required attendance purposes, type in names of all voting members participating online within the Meeting Group Chat  (click picture of chat bubble down at bottom of screen)

• Also use same Meeting Group Chat to enter any questions as soon as possible; we’ll do our best to relay in-person
  
  
  • There will be limited amount of time for questions; any received once voting begins will not be able to be answered at the meeting, but you’re always welcome to discuss with call committee

 
*Voting poll:  anonymous yes/no format (will appear on screen when voting begins)

• The poll will allow for two voting participants
  
  
• If there’s only one voting member, you must select “Not Applicable” for the second voting member question

 

• If more than two voting members are present, they need to join the Zoom meeting and vote on a different electronic device

Participation basics

• According to our bylaws, 50 members are required to participate, and a 2/3 majority vote of members present is needed to call a pastor.  In the event we do not have enough members present, the meeting will be rescheduled.
• All confirmed members are encouraged to vote; this is our current 10th graders and above.
• Council members will count and announce ballot count immediately.
